I. General Information

1. This Privacy Policy is addressed to the users of the artline.eu online store (hereinafter - Seller) and defines the type, scope and use of data, the rights and obligations of the User and the protection of personal data. Lack of acceptance of the Privacy Policy is equivalent to the fact that the User may not use the services of the online store, including placing orders.
2. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the online store, and the definitions contained in the Terms and Conditions of the online store shall apply mutatis mutandis to this Privacy Policy, unless certain expressions or phrases are expressly defined otherwise in this Privacy Policy.

II. Collection and use of data

1. According to the Regulations, the condition for the User to place an Order on our site is, among other things, to provide certain data. The User provides his/her data voluntarily, however, failure to provide certain data may prevent the User from placing an Order, as the Seller will not be able to accept the Order and contact the User in order to clarify the details of placing the Order and possibly conclude a Purchase and Sale Agreement or a Service Agreement for products other than Goods.
2. Personal data may be used for the following purposes:
   • user identification;
   • interaction with the user;
   • monitoring the User's activities to prevent fraud and illegal activities;
   • sending advertising materials, information and inquiries to the User; 
   • user payment processing;
   • provision of services to the User; 
   • conducting statistical and other research.
3. The Vendor may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when: completing our questionnaires and surveys, communicating with us by regular mail, e-mail or telephone, placing orders, registering on our website, participating in loyalty programs and prize drawings.

The Seller and third parties collect the following data of the User: first and last name, tax identification number NIP (in the case of entrepreneurs), e-mail address, contact phone, nickname, address of Delivery of the Goods, data required for payment for the Order. In order to pick up the Goods at the Seller's premises or at the place of Delivery of the Goods at another marker, in case of prior payment of the price, the Seller and third parties may collect additional data in the form of the cell phone number of the User.
5. Such information is collected and used only with the consent of the User, in accordance with the applicable legislation of Poland. This information will not be transferred or re-disclosed to third parties, and its use is limited to the purposes for which it was collected in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
6. Disclosure of information in accordance with reasonable and applicable legal requirements is not considered disclosure. Consent to the transfer of personal data is given for the purpose of fulfilling concluded contracts and obligations for the sale and delivery of goods, as well as for advertising purposes. Consent to the processing of personal data is given by the User at the time of providing information when registering and placing an order. The site administration is not responsible for information provided in a publicly available form.

III. Data collected automatically

1. When you access our website, one or more cookies are sent to your device. They are used to improve the quality of services provided on our website, and are also used for advertising purposes.

IV. Access to personal data

1. You have the right to access your personal data, supplement, update, rectify, request the cessation of processing, delete it if it is outdated, incomplete, inaccurate or collected in violation of the Personal Data Protection Act, or is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
2. The vendor may provide information about Users to companies, organizations or individuals not affiliated with the artline.co.uk website, if the User has consented to it.
3. The administration of the Seller may provide access to the User's personal data without his consent at the request of special services with such powers.
4. The User may make any changes to his/her personal data after registration and subsequent logging into the online store using the password and login. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to delete the User's data if their preservation is necessary for the realization of claims or if required by applicable laws.
5. The vendor has no control over websites that collect information from our site or to which our site links. These sites may place their own cookies on your computer, collect data or request personal information from you.

V. Marketing Consent

1. During the registration procedure on the website you agree to receive newsletters from the Vendor. Newsletters contain information about new products, promotions, sweepstakes and other events.
2. You can unsubscribe from newsletters from the Vendor at any time by clicking on the appropriate link in the message or by writing to customer support.
3. Newsletters are sent in the form of e-mail and/or short message (sms) to the phone number provided during registration or in the Personal Account. Advertising and informational materials may be delivered in the form of stationery, printing and souvenir products, attached to customer orders and delivered to the designated mailing address in the form of letters and packages.

VI. Security of personal data

1. The Seller diligently protects Personal Data in accordance with the law and takes all necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, dissemination, as well as from other illegal acts of third parties.
2. Communication between the User and the Seller's server is encrypted.
3. The user is obliged to properly protect the password from disclosure to third parties.
4. You assume full responsibility and risk for disclosing your Password to third parties (including as a result of inadequately securing your Password against third party access) or otherwise allowing them to use your Personal Account.

VII. Exclusion of liability

1. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information regarding the services or products of persons other than the Seller that is posted on the online store for commercial purposes, as a guest, on a reciprocal basis, or that is not for commercial purposes.
2. The Vendor shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of Users as a result of which the Vendor processes the personal data provided by them in the manner specified in this Privacy Policy.
